A DRIVER and passenger were taken to hospital following when a vehicle left the road and entered a field.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the collision involving one vehicle that occurred on the R257 at Stramartin, Derrybeg, on Thursday, June 12 at approximately 11.18am.
The vehicle involved was travelling from Lunniagh towards Derrybeg when it left the road and entered a field.
The driver and passenger were taken to Letterkenny University Hospital to receive medical treatment. Their injuries are believed to be non-life threatening in nature.
A garda spokesperson said: “We would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have been in that area with a dash-cam around that time. Gardaí may be contacted in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530 in relation to the incident.”
