Two Donegal players have been selected in the Ulster MFC PPS All Star team.
Initially 170 players were selected by their Schools, and after two rounds of trials, the final 30 have been named.
Brónagh Butler (Carndonagh) and Katie Dowds (Sean MacCumhaills) are the Donegal players who have been selected.
This year’s squad are spread across the Province with representatives form 23 Schools and eight counties making the final panel. Topping the Leaderboard are the Ulster U20 A Winners Loreto Cavan who have three players named.
This is also a second All Star for Dowds, Aine McAllister, Hanna Donaghy and Cliodhna Logan.
The girls will play an in-house game in UUJ on Thursday 6th March and will also receive their Awards along with a unique one off MFC Sports kit at a Banquet in Canavan’s, Garvaghey on Friday 21st March.
