TWO detached dormer bungalows in Buncrana are set to go under the hammer this week with a guide price of €210,000.
The lot at Riverview, is being auctioned off by digital property company BidX1.
BidX1 will begin accepting bids on December 14 and will be hoping to sell off properties on their books from counties across the country.
The two bungalows will be offered as one lot. The first property is a detached three bedroom dormer bungalow and the second is internally arranged to comprise one two bedroom apartment and two one bedroom apartments.
The properties are described as being “within close proximity to Buncrana Town and convenient to a host of local amenities”.
Both properties extend to approximately 160 square metres and are occupied under terms unknown.
The bidding will open on Thursday at 8am.
