THE body of a young Donegal man, who was killed in a car crash in Western Australia, is expected to be repatriated in the coming days.
Tómas Maguire (24), from Ardara, died at the scene of a single-vehicle crash 200km south of Perth on Monday. Mr Maguire, who had emigrated from his hometown to Australia in February, had been travelling to his work at a local farm, located close to Wickepin, when the crash happened.
It is understood that the Holden Rodeo pick-up truck Mr Maguire was driving hit the verge and rolled over after initially hitting a tree about 40km east of Narrogin. He was the only occupant in the vehicle.
