Toy appeal at Freedom Spinal Health a ‘great success’

AN annual Christmas toy appeal at Freedom Spinal Health in Letterkenny for two charities has been hailed a ‘great success’.

Chiropractor Anthony Lavin runs a ‘Toy Appeal for Adjustment’ day at the practice at Christmas time, where clients attending the clinic are asked to bring a donation for charity in lieu of payment for their treatment.

The donation day was held on Friday, December 8 at the practice, based at Unit 5, Glenview Retail Park, Carnamugagh.

The chosen charities supported this year were St Vincent de Paul and Donegal Domestic Violence Services.

A spokesperson said: “At Christmas time at Freedom Spinal Health, our Chiropractor Anthony Lavin runs a Toy Appeal for Adjustment. On this day, no cash or card monies are taken, we just ask that our clients attending for treatment bring a donation to charity. This year, we supported St Vincent de Paul and the Donegal Domestic Violence charities in Letterkenny.

“We were delighted with the contributions from clients and the day was a great success.”

Freedom Spinal Health offers a range of services including massage therapy, sports chiropractic, pilates and prescription orthotics.
