SOME of Ireland’s most popular up and coming artists will kick off the Halloween celebrations in Gweedore as they take to the stage for ‘FreakNight.’
As part of Fomhair Festival in Gweedore, Irish artists Kneecap, Welshy, John Gibbons and Big P will all perform live at ‘Freaknight’ on October 30 at the Big Top Donegal.
The major production, which will include a fancy dress party, carnival atmosphere and lots of Ireland’s best music acts, has proved to be hugely popular and the early bird tickets for the event sold out in just four minutes.
The remaining tickets are selling fast for the event.
Donegal’s newest week-long festival Fomhair Festival is set to run from October 22 until October 31 and will feature a series of music and comedy shows, the spoken word and storytelling, and spooky trails.
Two Picture This gigs have already sold out while tickets remain on sale for Bingo Loco on Friday October 22 and The Waterboys on October 31.
Other events are set to be announced in the coming weeks.
