THE Law Society in LYIT will host a talk tomorrow evening with prominent criminologist, Mr John O’Keeffe.
Mr O’Keefe will give a talk on ‘Men behaving badly – the psychopaths among us’.
The talk, which is open to the public, takes place in LYIT tomorrow evening at 6pm.
Vice President for the Law Society in LYIT, Julia Leppek said: “We have been very active this year in reaching out to speakers. Our role is to promote knowledge and controversial discussions as well as legal topics within our student body and the general public.
“Have you ever wondered what causes certain of us to behave in inexplicable ways towards our fellow human beings? How can seemingly normal men engage in abnormal acts? If you want to learn more about the hidden workings of the psychopathic male, join Criminologist and Forensic Psychologist John O’Keeffe and the LYIT Law society for the talk.”
