Toland included in Ireland squad as Barrett is rested

The Ireland Women’s National Team will bring a squad of 23 players to Spain for a training camp and a behind-closed-doors International Friendly with Hungary to close out the year.

After securing promotion to League A in the UEFA Nations League and discovering their opponents for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup Qualifiers, Ireland are keen to make the most of a week-long training camp in Marbella, Spain that will conclude with the game against Hungary.

St Johnston’s Tyler Toland has been included but Amber Barrett has been afforded extra time to recover from a knock.

The game will not be open to the general public.
