Three males flee scene following Killygordon collision

GARDAÍ say they are anxious to identify three males who took off on foot following a two-vehicle collision in Killygordon.

The collision occurred at the bridge, Railway Road, Killygordon, on Sunday, August 17, shortly after 9.35pm.

One of the cars involved was abandoned near the scene, and three males took off on foot in the direction of the Crossroads.

No injuries were reported but damage was caused to both cars.

A garda spokesperson said: “We are anxious to identify the three males in question and we appeal to anyone who may have observed them in the area or observed the collision itself to get in touch with Gardaí in Ballyshannon on (071)9858530. If anyone travelled in the Killygordon/Crossroads area with a dash-cam between 9.30pm and 10pm, we ask them to please make the footage available to us.”
