VIEWINGS will take place tomorrow (Saturday) of three houses in the Letterkenny area which will be auctioned later this month which a collective reserve price of €128,000.

The three properties, at Ard O’Donnell, Ashlawn and Drumkeen were only advertised this week and have already received significant interest. They will go under the hammer at an auction in the Mount Errigal Hotel on February 29.

Speaking to the Donegal News, auctioneer David Reynolds of Gunne Reynolds in Sligo explained the properties present an excellent investment opportunity to the potential buyers.

For sale in three separate lots, the property at 57 Ard O’Donnell has had a reserve price of €35,000 placed on it. The second lot, a semi-detached house at 33 Ashlawn has a reserve of €25,000 while the third property at 8 Radharc na Coille, Drumkeen, described as a modern family residence within a small development has a reserve of €68,000.
