Thompson set for 50th SFC game against Louth

CIARAN Thompson is in line to make his 50th SFC appearance this weekend.

The Naomh Conaill star made his championship debut when he came on as a sub against Dublin in Croke Park on August 6, 2016.

He has played in every one of Donegal’s championship games since.

Thompson is a vital player for Donegal and will be in the engine room against Louth.

Michael Langan (St Michael’s) is in line to make his 99th senior appearance for Donegal against Louth.
