The Apprentice journey starts for local businesswoman

Aoibheann Walsh, the owner of G&G Hair and Beauty Salon in Letterkenny, will hit our screens this evening on BBC1 The Apprentice, when she takes on the challenge to become Lord Alan Sugar’s next business partner.

The Kerrykeel woman previously described the news that she was to feature on the major programme  as the “hardest secret she’s every had to keep”.

“I still can’t believe I made it to the televised finals of the show out of a whopping 80,000 applicants,” she had said.

Aoibheann launched her business when she was just 24-years-old, but through hard work and perseverance, she is now one of the most sought after artists in Ireland.

But did Lord Sugar invest? Tune in to BBC One at 9pm on January 30.
