The site notice for planning was erected on Friday and seeks permission to build a four island petrol filling station incorporating a 49sq metres kiosk, forecourt canopy underground storage tanks.
The .76 hectares site is located at the former Tinneys coal depot adjacent to the Letterkenny Shopping Centre and Port Road.
The development includes all access and egress provisions via a one-way entry and one-way exit system via the existing car park access road .
