A LOCAL councillor has expressed his ‘disappointment’ at the decision by An Bord Pleanala (ABP) to again refuse planning permission for a large Tesco store on the outskirts of Ballybofey. The development would have created up to 100 jobs.
Cllr Martin Harley was speaking after Monday’s decision to refuse permission to Northline Developments Ltd, on behalf of Tesco, to build an ‘urban retail development’ on a six acre site opposite the P Mulrine factory at Donegal Road, Ballybofey.
