GARDAÍ have confirmed that they are investigating an alleged assault which took place at a licensed premises on Letterkenny Main Street in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
It is understood a person was struck by a glass or bottle during the attack.
A man aged in his late teens was conveyed to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment of the injuries he sustained.

His injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening at this time.
A Garda spokesperson told the Donegal News, that “Investigations are ongoing”.
