GAOTH Dobhair couple Frances and Noel Hamer recently celebrated their 60th diamond wedding anniversary. They were married in the former St Francis Church in the Gorbals area of Gasgow, on June 27, 1964. Surrounded by their family, the couple enjoyed a special blessing in their home by Fr. Brian Ferry PP., Derrybeg.
