A SIMMERING row over the rescheduling of fixtures has led to Robert Emmets players threatening to withdraw from participating for the club in the Junior A Championship, while Na Rossa have indicated that they will not be fielding in the Junior A Championship against Naomh Ultan on Saturday evening.

Dungloe-Na Rossa amalgamation gets approval of county committee


THE controversial amalgamation of the Dungloe and Na Rossa clubs for the purpose of minor football in 2014 will go ahead after it was given the green light at last night’s meeting of the Donegal county committee in Ballybofey.

Opposition to Dungloe-Na Rossa amalgamation will need two-thirds support of county committee


A PROPOSED amalgamation of the Dungloe and Na Rossa GAA clubs for the purpose of minor and underage football looks set to go ahead, despite an overwhelming vote against it at a meeting of the Southern Regional Board on Thursday night.
