Gardaí investigating car fire in Lifford
Gardaí were alerted to a fire outside a residence in Lifford during the early hours of this morning. (Wednesday) A vehicle was discovered alight outside a private residence. Fire services attended and extinguished the fire. Advertisement Significant damage was caused to the vehicle and nearby property. Gardaí said investigations are ongoing.
Gardaí called to car on fire close to Killea
Gardaí were called to the scene of a vehicle that got into difficulty on the R237 between Killea and Newtowncunningham, shortly after 6pm yesterday evening. The car caught fire and fire services were called to the scene to extinguish the fire. Gardaí have confirmed no injuries were reported and no offences disclosed.
