SWEENEY – The death has occurred peacefully in the presence of her family, at her residence in Burtonport on Tuesday, 7th July of Roisin Sweeney, Lackenagh Burtonport and Clonsilla, Dublin 15. Roisin is pre-deceased by her mother Mary, her father Patrick, infant brother Michael and nephew Ros.
She will be sadly missed by her sister una, brothers Sean and Liam, sister-in-law Alice, nieces Fiona, Oona, Katrina, Laura, Amy and Maria, nephews Michael, Ronan, Neil and Jon, grand nieces and grand nephews, the wider family and a large circle of friends and colleagues.
Roisin’s remains will repose at her home in Burtonport from 7 pm on Tuesday. Funeral from there on Thursday, 9th July for Mass at 11 am in St. Columbia’s Church, Burtonport and burial afterwards in Belcruit Cemetery.
Due to HSE and Government restrictions, house and Mass are private to family and close friends. Roisin’s Funeral Mass can be viewed on st Columba’s webcam on www.kincasslagh.ie and Facebook.
