SWEENEY, Joseph (Joe) – formerly of Bridgetown, Laghey, Co. Donegal, peacefully at Donegal Hospice, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. Pre-deceased by his parents, Bernard and Madge; brother Dessie.

Sadly missed by his wife Bridie; brothers Pat (Eileen), Hughie (Patricia) and Jim; sisters Mary (Danny) and Anne; sister-in-law Maggie, nieces, nephews and larger family circle.

Reposing at his late residence for family and close friends only. Removal on Sunday morning for 11 am Funeral Mass in St. Brigid’s Church, Ballintra, with burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. Joe’s Mass may be viewed online at www.churchservices.tv/ballintra
