SWEENEY – The death has occurred at her home in her 97th year in the care of her loving family of Eilish Sweeney, (née Conaghan), 54 Ard O’Donnell, Letterkenny, (F92 WCN5). Pre-deceased by her beloved husband William; daughter Collettee; son-in-law Jim Archibald.
Sadly missed by her family, sons Andy (Dublin), Hughie (Letterkenny), Mark (Perth) and Colm (Letterkenny); daughters Geraldine Durning and Janice Archibald (Letterkenny); fifteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren; sister Noreen O’Boyle (Breenagh); daughters-in-law Mary, Moira, Anne and Michelle; son-in-law John, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Reposing at her late residence with Rosary each night at 9 pm. Funeral from there on Monday, 27th March, going to St. Eunan’s Cathedral for 11 am Requiem Mass which can be viewed online by using the link https://www.churchservices.tv/letterkenny followed by burial in the family plot in Conwal Cemetery.
