SWEENEY – The death has taken place in Letterkenny University Hospital of Barney Sweeney of Baltoney, Gortahork. Survived by his wife Margaret, son Bernard and brother Cathal, daughter-in-law, grandchild, large circle of family and friends. Removal today Friday the 31st Aug at 4 pm from Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny going to his late residence. Funeral from there on Sunday the 2nd September for 1 pm Requiem Mass in Christ the King Church, Gortahork with burial afterwards in the adjacent cemetery. Rosary both nights at 10 pm.

House private after Rosary till 10 am.
