Donegal 0-21 Tyrone 0-14
Donegal showed their class in the second half to beat Tyrone in the opening game of the All-Ireland series in MacCumhaill Park.
It was neck and neck in the first half, with Oisin Gallen doing the majority of the scoring for the hosts as he scored to make it 0-10 to 0-9 at the break.
And Jim McGuinness’ side extended that lead in the second half as Gallen finished with seven points, while Peadar Mogan kicked three scores and Jason McGee and Ciarán Thompson both kicked two.
The win gives Donegal a great start in Group 3 and they go away to Cork next Saturday.
