Peffins is a company that designs, manufactures and sells pet coffins. The duo devised the idea for their business as part of a mini company programme in their school. There are a lot of pets and pet owners in Ireland, but how will the guys fare with the Dragons?

Junior Dragons’ Den is designed to showcase the emerging entrepreneurial talent found among the youth of Ireland.

This Sunday, the Dragons will come face to face with the country’s brightest young minds and business brains. Hundreds of young students between the ages of 12 and 18 applied for the chance to take part in Junior Dragons’ Den and just sixty were given the chance to showcase their ideas at an All Ireland Final held by Bank of Ireland with the top twenty winning the opportunity to pitch their business on Dragons Den!
Out of the twenty companies that made it to the Den, only a small number will receive mentorship from a Dragon along with a bursary of €2,000.

In 2013 Loughanure brothers Rónán (16) and Conor (13) McGarvey proved they are a force to reckon with when they made a big impression on the not easily impressed Dragons. The brothers emerged with €4,000 from the den, the biggest amount secured of all twenty finalists featured over the two shows last year.

Don’t miss Junior Dragons’ Den, sponsored by Bank of Ireland, and produced by Screentime ShinAwiL, this Sunday at only on RTÉ One.
