Stormy conditions tomorrow as wind warning is issued

STORMY weather is expected tomorrow as Met Eireann has issued a yellow wind warning for Donegal. The unsettled conditions are set to continue with the warning coming into force at noon on Wednesday until midnight.

A Met Eireann spokesperson said: “Southeast winds, later veering southerly will gust 90-110km/h on Wednesday, strongest in coastal areas.”

The yellow wind warning is in place for the entire country while a separate warning for rain will be in place for Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow, Cork, Kerry, Tipperary and Waterford.
