A SPOKESPERSON for Údarás na Gaeltachta confirmed to the Donegal News yesterday that “difficulties” at a call centre in Gaoth Dobhair resulted in staff there not being paid last week.
Éist agus Cuidiú Teo is a financial services call centre based in the Gweedore Industrial Estate which employs around 24 full-time staff.
Management at the company could not be contacted yesterday.

However, a spokesperson for Údarás said management had made them aware that the company is currently experiencing “some difficulties” with one of their customers.
