Springsteen and Spillane set to light up the Balor

THERE is a very welcome weekend of live music at The Balor, Ballybofey, this weekend with two great gigs to look forward to.

Bruce Springsteen tribute band The Human Touch play on Friday while two time Meteor Award winner John Spillane makes his first visit to The Balor on Saturday.

The Human Touch –  asix-piece band comprised of top Irish session musicians and fronted by veteran American singer and guitarist Monte Thompson – lay claim to the title of Ireland’s number one Bruce Springsteen tribute act.

They’ve toured Ireland and the UK extensively since 2011, playing to countless packed houses and gaining widespread critical acclaim,earning a reputationfor authenticity and outstanding musicality.
