A weather warning for snow and ice for Donegal has been issued by Met Eireann.
The status yellow alert has been issued from 11am on Thursday to 8pm that evening.
“A band of rain will turn increasingly to sleet and snow on Thursday,” said the forecaster.

They warned of ice on untreated surfaces, hazardous driving conditions, travel disruption and poor visibility.
