THERE has been a slight reduction in the number of burglaries carried out in Donegal during the past year according to a new report.
The Eircom Phonewatch Burglary Report shows that Donegal has recorded a four per cent decrease in the incidence of burglary.
The report, which tracked burglaries between July 2010 and June 2011, also revealed that Donegal accounts for just two per cent of burglaries nationwide.
