Rob Slevin will not be playing for Finn Harps in 2023 after he signed for Galway United on Wednesday evening.
Slevin was a virtual ever-present in the Harps defence last season, making 28 starts across 31 appearances in the Premier Division.
The left-footed centre back has amassed plenty of experience in the top flight, and speaking to the Galway’s media team earlier today, Slevin says his ambition is to be playing there next season:
“I’m delighted to join: I’ve watched from afar what John has been doing for the last few years, and I’m delighted to be part of it. It’s a really big club and obviously, going back into full-time after Finn Harps was a big draw for me.”
