Six out of ten divorce applications received by Letterkenny Circuit Court last year were granted, according to the Central Statistics Office Statistical Yearbook.
A total of 102 divorce applications received by the Circuit Court in Letterkenny 61 were granted last year. A total of 42 judicial separation applications were made to Letterkenny Circuit Court, and of these, only 12 were granted last year. The figures show that one nullity application was made and granted by Letterkenny Circuit Court last year.
