The Standards in Public Office Commission is is to hold a public hearing into alleged contraventions of travel and subsistence claims by former Donegal County Councillor Dessie Larkin.
The hearing is due to take place on Monday in Dublin and will investigate his alleged contraventions of the Ethical Framework for the Local Government Service and the Ethics Acts
The public hearing will be held at the offices of Standards in Public Office Commission, 18 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2 at 10:30 AM.
Mr Larkin did not seek re-election to Donegal County Council at the last local elections. He is now the Town Manager in Letterkenny.
