CIRCUIT Court Judge John O’Hagan today (Monday) told two members of band Simply Red to get their heads together with neighbour John Wilde in an effort to settle a dispute before it comes back to court.
Musicians Mick Hucknall and Christopher De Margary were not in court but were represented by their estate manager Sim Hay.
The case relates to an ongoing dispute over fishing and shooting rights on adjoining estates in the county.
Lead singer Hucknall and sax player De Margary claim Mr Wilde has interfered with their rights and those of their guests on the Glenmore Estate at Welchtown, Ballybofey.
Mr Wilde retains links to a neighbouring estate across the river Finn at Cloghan Lodge, where he still resides.
