Silver Tassie wins Ulster Hotel Carvery of the Year

THE Silver Tassie Hotel in Letterkenny has won Ulster Hotel Carvery of the Year Award at a prestigious awards ceremony in Dublin.

Talented head chef, Karl Murtagh, along with hotel owner, Mr Ciaran Blaney, attended the gala event and collected this prestige award on behalf of the team.

The hotel has a long established reputation for providing good locally produced food and that home from home portion size. Eating out is made affordable with the daily carvery prices from €4.50 to our ever popular five-course Sunday Carvery only €22.50 per adult, €12.00 for children (under four’s eat for free). During the popular award-winning Sunday lunch, children can also avail of our supervised Kids Corner free of charge, which makes for happy mums and dads.

Mr Murtagh and his team are happy to cater for any dietary requests.

“So many people now have gluten, dairy etc allergies and we are happy to cater for all. Our motto at The Tassie is every taste can be catered for.”

Ciaran Blaney, proprietor of the Silver Tassie Hotel and Spa, said: “From a huge list of properties only three hotels in Ulster made it through to the final, and we at the Tassie are overwhelmed to be the chosen winners. Our customers have always been our best judges and we are delighted with the loyalty both locally and further afield, thank you for your ongoing support.”

“Thank you to all our loyal customers for their continued support.”
