THE death of a well known staff member of Letterkenny Credit Union has met with shock and sadness.
The staff, Directors & Oversight Committee past and present of Letterkenny Credit Union Ltd have paid tribute to popular staff member Donna Toye who has passed away.
Donna was just 46, was originally from Ramelton but had been residing at Glentain Manor, Mountain Top Letterkenny. She died after a short illness.
“We are greatly saddened at the loss of our dear colleague and friend Donna Toye,” said the organisation in a statement to Donegal Daily today.
“Donna was an outstanding and dedicated employee for 22 years and was well known and loved by all staff and members who came in contact with her. Donna will be sadly missed by all. May she rest in peace.”
As a mark of respect the office will remain closed on Tuesday 20th October 2015. Normal business will resume on Wednesday.
Her remains are reposing at the home of her Sister Tara Wilkie, 1 Radharc an Chuain, Coylin Court, Ramelton.
Requiem Mass in tomorrow Tuesday October 20 at 11am in St Mary’s Church Ramelton.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery
