Will Seymore was delighted to make his full debut for Finn Harps against Dundalk on Friday but stressed that picking up three points was more important.
The American put in a big shift in the middle of the field against Dundalk, and played a key role in the 2-1 win.
“Yeah absolutely I was delighted to start,” he told the Donegal News after the match.
“I just went in there and did my job. I just tried to keep it simple and stay composed.”
“But it’s all about the team. We got three points and that’s all that matters to me.”
