There is a feel-good factor surrounding the Sean MacCumhaills club at the moment, and they are enjoying the buzz ahead of their quarter-final meeting with St Michael’s this Saturday.
The Twin Towns side have already secured promotion in the league, and they have impressed in the championship so far, and are full value for their spot in last eight.
“There’s a great buzz around at the minute, and that’s with the players, management, supporters, and the people running the club,” said MacCumhaills manager, Bernard McGeehan.
“It’s very encouraging. For a few years there, we were kind of just trapeing along, not doing a lot.
“We’re on an upward spiral now and we want to keep that going.”
