The Gents two person scramble played over the Old Tom Morris Links on Sunday February 8 resulted as follows –
1st: Peter Smyth and Pat Boyce with 62 nett bot
2nd: B Boyle and G McClafferty with 62 nett
3rd: S Boyce and P McClafferty with 64 nett bot
Scoil Naomh Brid Golf Classic
The Resort hosted a golf classic to raise funds for the local Scoil Naomh Brid on Saturday February 7. Many thanks to all the teams that took part and to all the sponsors who supported the day. The results were as follows –
1st: O Gallagher, J McClafferty, C McClafferty & B McClafferty with 48.15 nett
2nd: M McGettigan, O McGettigan, R Bell & Monica McGettigan with 49.05
Gross: S Sweeney, M Bradley, P Boyce & Paddy McGowan with 60 gross
3rd: Brendan Roache, R McClafferty, G McNulty & C Doherty with 49.9 nett
4th: G McBride, D Taylor, G Holes, E Duffy with 50 nett
5th: G Rafferty, J Flanagan, M Smyth & D Flanagan with 51 nett
Members Tee Times via BRS Core App
Any member that needs assistance with their BRS Core App are asked to call into the Golf Shop where a member of staff will be happy to help with any App sign in issues etc. Every member has access to the tee sheet via the BRS Core App. Sunday competition tee times for Gents will open the Thursday before, the opening date and time is always displayed at the top of the competition timesheet in the App. If you are on the course you must be on the tee sheet, this includes all golf over 9 holes in late afternoon/evening. All tee times are bookable via the BRS Core App.
