GARDAÍ in Donegal have been left “deeply saddened” following the passing of Honorary Garda Eoin Arnold (HG 474) from Inver.

Taking to social media to pay their respects, a spokesperson said their thoughts and prayers are with his parents, Paul and Orla, his big brother Jamie and his extended family.

“Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

“Our little colleague, our good friend and our hero forever.

“Rest in peace Eoin.

“Rest with the angels,” the post concluded.
