RORY Gallagher has been appointed to the management team at Kilcar, with the Fermanagh native set to work alongside John McNulty in 2014.
Gallagher previously worked with Kilcar when he trained the side during James McHugh’s reign as manager.
Now, though, Gallagher has returned as part of McNulty’s management team for this year following their ratification at Saturday night’s AGM.
McNulty was manager in 2013 when Kilcar were knocked out of the Donegal SFC by Glenswilly at the quarter-final phase.
Gallagher, number two to Jim McGuinness when Donegal won Sam Maguire in 2012, is also working alongside Maxi Curran with the Donegal Under 21s this year.
“I am looking forward to working alongside Rory,” McNulty said.
“He has plenty to offer as he has shown before and I’m delighted to be working alongside him for this season.”
