Gardai in Lifford have appealed for witnesses after a filling station in the town was robbed at knife point yesterday evening.
A man entered the premises at around 7.45pm yesterday evening and threatened a member of staff with what appeared to be a knife.
He took money from the till and made his escape in a waiting car driven by a second male.
The man who entered the premises is described as around 5 feet10 inches. He had his face covered to prevent identification.
Gardai said the car they made their getaway in was a green coloured car with Northern Ireland registration plates.
Gardai are viewing CCTV footage, but they are also asking anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the Ballyduff Road area of Lifford between 7pm and 8pm yesterday evening to get in touch.
