Finnbarr Roarty has been nominated for the GAA.ie Player of the Week award courtesy of his performance in Donegal’s four-point victory over Kerry at Father Tierney Park on Sunday.
The Naomh Conaill man was electric throughout proceedings in Ballyshannon and got forward to kick three superb scores for his side.
The 2025 Young Player of the Year has been nominated for the weekly award alongside Mayo’s Ryan O’Donoghue and Galway forward Rob Finnerty.
This is Roarty’s second successive week being named in the GAA.ie Team of the Week, having made it for his display in Donegal’s league opener against Dublin at Croke Park the week previous.
Daire Ó Baoill has also been selected for the Team Of the Week, kicking 1-3 in Sunday’s win against the reigning All-Ireland champions.
