All Donegal winter maintenance designated gritting routes will be gritted from 6pm today (Monday).
Met Éireann said tonight will be dry and mostly clear but with frost and icy patches. It will be cold with lowest temperatures of -2 to +2 degrees in light northwesterly winds.
“Tuesday will begin crisp with frost and ice clearing,” said the forecaster.
“Dry across most areas for the day with low winter sunshine and just light southwest breezes. Highest temperatures of 6 to 8 degrees.”
Donegal County Council has advised that the gritting route index is as follows:
