The proposed permission also seeks connection to the public sewer and services, and all associated auxiliary site development works.
Submissions are being accepted until October 22, 2024.

Donegal County Council will make its decision on November 12, 2024.

Retention permission had previously been sought by Lexus Properties LTD twice for apartment housing, most recently in June 2023 when retention permission was sought for works and the construction of one accommodation block comprising 27 apartments, with connection to public sewer and services and all associated auxiliary site development works.

Retention permission was also lodged in July 2022 for the erection of two apartment blocks consisting of 27 apartments and four retails units.

Both applications were subsequently withdrawn.
