ST EUNAN’S manager Barry Meehan was relieved to see his side land the Dr Maguire Cup on Sunday but hit out at the controversial decision that was given against his side late in the match.
The Letterkenny side were three ahead when the referee Ryan Walsh spotted a foul off the ball in the 59th minute and gave a penalty.
The St Eunan’s players were incensed at the time and even after the trophy had been lifted, Meehan was still irate with the decision.
