A COMPLETE recount has begun in Castlebar this morning (Wednesday) because only 275 votes are separating Pat the Cope Gallagher (FF) and Marian Harkin (Ind) from taking the fourth and final seat in the Midlands North West constituency. Sitting MEP Marian Harkin is ahead of Pat the Cope.
