PREPARATIONS are well underway for the annual New Year’s Day swim in Rathmullan and this year, proceeds will be going to Rathmullan First Responders and the local Brownknowe National School Parents Association.
Always a great event for the community, the organisers are once again hoping for a big turn-out as participants take a dip in the chilly waters – all for a good cause.
The swim will place at 12 noon, with warm soup or hot chocolate available afterwards.

There will be a bucket collection on the day, while the organisers can also accept card payments.
