The property, located at Raphoe Demense, is listed on the market as ‘for sale as a going concern’ and is currently trading as a busy retail builders merchant and farm supplies outlet.
The large open plan retail warehouse, distribution and industrial complex extends 5,574 square metres incorporating a front reception, office area and large hexagonal staff canteen.

The premises is on the market with Sherry Fitzgerald Rainey with a guide price of €2.5m.

“Raphoe Royal and Prior School and Deele College secondary schools are located in the town.
