DONEGAL County Council has confirmed Letterkenny’s Public Services Centre will close tomorrow as a mark of respect to Manus Kelly.
Mr Kelly died on Sunday while participating in the Donegal Rally, weeks after he was elected on a Fianna Fail ticket to Donegal County Council.
In a short statement, Donegal County Council announced this morning, “Letterkenny Public Services Centre will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, as a mark of respect to the late Cllr Manus ‘Mandy’ Kelly who died following a tragic accident on Sunday.”
