A WEST Donegal cancer group is hosting its second annual public health awareness day in Gaoth Dobhair next week.
Coiste Scaoil Saoir Ó Ailse invites you to its event at Ionad Naomh Padraig Dobhar on Thursday, April 16 from 9.30am. The Marie Keating Foundation Unit will be in attendance, as well as representatives of The Irish Heart Foundation.
In the Ionad itself there will be further stalls, such as McElhinney’s of Ballybofey where staff will offer clothing advice to breast cancer survivors. Well-known Gaoth Dobhair pharmacist, Mr James Cassidy of Healthwise also give a presentation on medication.
